I started yesterday with weight watchers again. Not literally but on my own.
I have noticed a difference in how I feel already. Sounds crazy but I do feel 'lighter' and not so bloated. I am concentrating on fruits and vegetables this time around. I mean, natural is what I have to focus on because my body is breaking down as I get older.
I started eating fruits I haven't eaten in years and they are so good.....
Satisfying - so much better than sweets.
