How Could I Forget?!?!

I feel awful.

My mother had eye surgery this morning and I completely spaced it. I feel awful. I mean, I was so hung up on my own miserableness that I forgot about her miserableness.

The surgery went well, she is home and drugged. I'm gonna try visiting her tomorrow as she will be feeling more up to visitors then anyway.
