I'm Angry

This documentary made me very angry. I'm angry because:

1. Honda was part of the destruction of perfectly workable EV1's. Having just purchased a Honda Civic Hybrid - I'm upset I wasn't given the option of the EV1 to purchase. I would have rather had the option for a better transportation source than I currently have.

I don't think that an average of 43MPG that I get with my Hybrid is a bad thing however I still have gas emissions emitting from my vehicle.

This isn't acceptable.

2. In 2005, the oil companies made 64billion dollars in profit off from having a monopoly on the transportation fuel used in the world.

3. The automobile industry is dependent on the combustible engine parts and that is how they make their profits. Hence the reason the hybrid has a gas engine yet.

4. Oil companies are currently running our nation. Anyone that believes otherwise is naive.

5. The children of our world deserve a better world than we found it and the majority of our nation doesn't care to improve it.
