PROJECT RUNWAY!!!

So last night I finally caught last weeks episode of Project Runway where they had to design an outfit for a woman and her dog. There wasn't a ton of drama but there was enough to keep me sustained for a while.

VINCENT: This reminds me of all the big chicks who still wear skin tight leggings and the over sized t-shirts to 'hide' all their extra baggage. This wasn't very original or inspiring. It's all black. It's depressing. It's blah. It's 80's.

Would I wear it? No but my younger sister N would in a heart beat because she had something like this when we were younger - like in the 80's. Is he trying to resurrect a decade?

ULI: I love Uli and think she is fabulous. I like the jacket idea and I don't mind the giraffe print on the back straps of the dress but I don't think I would want to wear this myself.

The jewelry rocks.

JEFFREY: Larger women couldn't wear this dress without looking three times bigger than they are because of all the tiers. I mean, even the skinny size zero model looks larger in it. Not to mention that she looks like a fricken Christmas tree in it.

I don't care for this dress one stinkin' tiny bit.

LAURA: Anything Laura does seems to have fuzzy trim on it. I don't mind it but it is something that very few people would wear on a daily basis. Well, with the exception of her maybe...

I was laughing at how she didn't pick her dog but even the dog that she got (was the last one left) looked just like her designs - all fuzzy and crap.

It's a cute design but I would hesitate to buy her line of clothing if it all looked this way.

BONNIE: This chick is flying under the radar so far. I mean, you never hear anything from her on the episodes which either means she has no personality or they are saving her for last. The jacket she made was cool but this dress underneath is boring.

I wish the picture showed the jacket...

KEITH: This man is an arrogant jerk. I hate that he didn't make an outfit for the dog and still remained in the competition. Does he think he is above the rules?

I think the dress is pretty but I don't like the pattern in it.

MICHAEL: I love the top of this dress. If I had a body to wear this dress, I would wear it in a heartbeat. I really think it's sharp looking.

I love the color too.

ROBERT:The top reminds me of a grandma shirt or one of those dress shirt from the 80's with the bows.

I don't mind the skirt. It's cute and chic. The outfit does stand out as very sharp and it does go together.

KAYNE: WOW! I LOVE THIS FRICKEN DRESS AND JACKET! I love Kayne. I mean, I realize he is gay and everything and he can no longer be my secret lover but I can lust after his clothing line instead. He totally sold me on this look and I would LOVE to wear something like this when I'm all skinny and pretty.

I hope this dude wins.

BRADLEY: I can't believe that Bradley managed to sneak his way through to another round. I HATED his outfit!!

This looks like she just rolled out of bed and was wearing and outfit two sizes to big for her. Nothing has any structure - who cares if it was his birthday - this sucks!

KATHERINE: WHAT?! My only link to Minneapolis is gone? So soon? And for what? So they could keep the nasty, psycho Angela around with her crazy ass outfits?

I mean, yes, I would have loved to see the shrug hoodie that she talked about because I do feel that it would have made the outfit more original and interesting but to get rid of her on this round when there was Bradley and Angela spewing out their fashion guts? This is an OUTRAGE! I am so upset.

Katherine - you totally deserved to stay and it's a shame they picked you over those other two bozo's.

ANGELA: What can I say?

It's hideous. It's revolting and I hate every stitch of it. It's laughable that they kept her instead of Katherine.

What a fricken JOKE!

ALISON: I like Alison. I like her sense of style and I'm totally hoping she is one of the final three. Not to mention that she is beautiful and I would kill to have a look like she does.

I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to see what she would make as a line and then I would buy it.
