When I finally made it home on Saturday afternoon I was relieved. I mean, I'm not used to all that running around and haveing four kids around me at all times. I swear my sisters are saints.
I suppose it would be different if they were my own but really that is what people with kids say to try and entrap you in the hell they know as parenthood.
Don't get me wrong though, I mean, I love kids but it's tough being around them like that when your not used to them.
Once I was home I rested for a while and treated myself to a few movies and my couch. Before I knew it Sunday arrived and I decided to work on my art project finally.
This pictrue is the begining of setting the nails in the caps so I can dip and hang them while they rubber dries.
What fun. Not.

its especially hard being around teenage nieces and nephews with their isolated inward natures and wierd hormone chemistry going on. i think that causes teenagers to look devastatingly bored during family functions.
but then again, i also get bored at family functions, so what do i know?
