On a totally unrelated note, I went to the Rollergirls bout last night, and one of the first things they mentioned in the announcements was your friend Carl and how he tragically died and how a few organizations are making a movement to highly encourage helmet use among all skaters everywhere.

I did a big painting project for my daughter's room just before she was born. I did a giant weeping willow in the corner, with branches extending up onto the ceiling...then I did a white picket fence with grass, flowers of all sorts, and all kinds of critters.

I even painted lightning bugs...and used glow in the dark paint for their butts.

Thanks Freak! How was the roller derby?! I'm glad they mentioned something about Carl. It's nice that some awareness is being brought to this tragedy and possibly some good can come of it...
