Last night, Queenie took me to Anna Nalick at the Fine Line down town last night. I met him at Harvey's and had some cocktails. We met up with P & D and headed down to see the show.
While in line we met C & E (Pictures to come...) and we had a good time with them the rest of the night. Turns out C & E work for the same company that Chuck does. Imagine that?
And get this? They know him.
Kinda freaky huh? SO I told them to tell him Hi. I guess maybe I shouldn't have but in all reality it was a little to freaky not to. I mean, how often to I meet perfect strangers on the streets of Minneapolis in a line to a concert and have those people know people that I know?
It's rare.
In the grand scheme of things, you have to admit - I was with Queenie and LORD knows that whenever I am with that gurrll weird stuff happens! I mean, did you read the post about the lock-smiths??
Yup. She was there.
In fact, I have many stories I will be sharing with you about Queenie and I because really, that kinda stuff can't be kept under wraps forever. I must share my crazy experiences with you people. It's a curse but one I have grown quite fond of nonetheless.
After the show (which was super awesome) we headed over to Old Chicago for a late night snack and some great chats. Hence I'm sitting in my PJ's at home writing to you now.
I suppose I should head into work but I did take the day off knowing of my planned adventure. I could save 4 1/2 hours of vacation if I leave right now....
