Ya know what's really funny about this is that a few weeks ago I devised an excel spreadsheet to track calories consumed versus calories burnt. And I found this great site that you input similar info and it creates a huge list of every day activities that burn calories, including sleeping and lounging watching TV. Well anyways, I generalized the "Daily Misc Activities" to 2500, and this one that you linked says 2875, so I was pretty darn close. Good deal. If anyone wants a slightly customized version of the spreadsheet I made, my email is below here.
Go to fitday.com and it provides you with the same thing as your spreadsheet. You can enter custom food and it's nutrition and you can add your exercise for the day.
It calculates everything for you.
