Today is a rough one....

"To stimulate change that we need to make, I am announcing a reduction in our workforce, with the majority of terminations affecting exempt staff."
 
I'm safe but many, many people in this small company are not......

Thanks - I'm glad too.

I'm not sure how I feel about losing 30 people I work with though.

Working for such a large company in the past (over 10,000 employees worldwide) and now working for a company of 250 - this is harder to stomach.

I'm sure I will get over it as I'm bogged down with portions of the missing people's work.

It's already started.....
