I did some more work on my painting. The bluish purplish piece isn't attached yet but you see kinda where it's gonna be placed. I have notched out a section where it will go.

The colors that I tried to pull into the piece are some of the colors from the area rug I will have in the livingroom. Granted I will have this hung in the dining room but it will pull the two rooms together nicely. I have to still put the third coat on the canvas before I can attach it. I'm also working with some sqaure pieces.....
