Last night I did 2 hours of skating.
I'm not sure if I'm thinner but I know for a fact that I'm more toned and inches have been lost. I'm wearing a pair of jeans I wasn't able to in the past. This is an accomplishment in itself. My legs have permanent definition in them again and my clothes fits me better.
