SKATING The fat away....

Today I put on a pair of pants that were too small for me two months ago and they are almost lose on me.  Even though I have really been trying to manage my eating I haven't lost much weight.  That is until I started skating.  I haven't lost a LOT of weight but it's apparent that I have lost inches. 
 
This makes me want to skate everyday for the rest of my life.  I can't believe the difference it makes.  My legs are really getting toned again and that my friends is a super duper thing.
 
No to do something about my tummy.....

I would think skating would help the midsection too...with all that torque on the stomach. Maybe your toning will travel upwards...sounds like exercise is doing your body good!

It does help but I need a lot of help. he he he

yes the body is doing well but I tend to think I can eat more because I'm doing the exercise.

I must change my evil ways!
