You know how most business's have security badges and you have to have a badge to get in any door and if you lose your badge you basically are screwed and have to buy another one? Well, have you realized that because you are not supposed to let people in after you (because they have to badge in too or it's considered 'piggy backing')that most people don't hold the door open.

We are trained to let the door slam behind you in someone's face rather than hold it open. I mean, people don't hold open doors for you - not even people that you work with. People that you see every day and are friendly with.

It's rare to have doors held open any more by anyone it seems.
