Change

Yesterday was a tough day here at work, so much so that I had to meet with my boss. It was either that or I was going to walk out.

I've felt that way in the past at my other job but not as often. I knew there was nothing I could do at the other job.

I mean, I knew that we had exhuasted all options to make things better but here the process is in it's begining stages and resistance is everywhere.

Nobody wants to change. It's easier to do it the way they always have done it.

I'm here to change that.
