The warm tropical breeze flows through your hair and you hear the rush of the trance like waves hitting the beach shore. Bongo drums and a faint echo of Jimmy Buffet tunes are playing in the background, soft white sand is slipping between your toes as you sit by the islands tiki bar sipping on your third bartenders special. All you care is that it had an cute little umbrella in it and it's ice cold.
The grass roof of the obviously native made bar is gently rustling in the wind and you're sure you have landed in paradise. The pressures of the busy city life are behind you. You have no where to go and no where to be.
You notice you are running out of blue paint and reach for the tube resting near your drink. The inspiration surrounding you is brilliant and intoxicating. You make the final brushstrokes on your latest masterpiece and notice the sea gulls calling above you.
Lifting your attention to their flight, you are suddenly awaken back into reality inside your grey, ice like, cubical. You shiver with the realization that the air conditioner is again turned up too high and silly you, dressed for 90 degree weather. The stacks of paper are growing by the hour and you hear the boring hum-drum of the office closing in on you. You doodle on your notepad thinking that someday... "Wouldn't it be great to live by the ocean and paint for a living?"
