I can say that yesterday when I commented that it was a LUCKY 13 day - it truly was. As of yesterday it's official. The FHA appraiser appraised the house for the amount needed so the deal goes through. At this point the only thing that could stop this now is the buyer simply deciding that she doesn't want to go through with it.

I'm moving full speed ahead. This weekend is mostly shot with the wedding I'm in but it should be a nice break from the hell I have been in the last month or so. I don't want to get excited just yet but soon, I may have the coolest place to live ever.
