I forgot the Friday Five thingy.....

1. How are you planning to spend the summer?
Working on my house and yard. I'm hoping to get the house done completely this year.

2. What was your first summer job?
Well, I worked cleaning houses in the neighborhood and at a doll store of my neighbors until I was old enough to start working in an actual business. At that time, I think I was 15, and I started at the local Dairy Queen.

3. If you could go anywhere this summer, where would you go?
That is a hard question to answer considering I haven't been much of anywhere but I would absolutely LOVE - LOVE - LOVE to visit my pen pal in Herford, Germany. It would be a joy to meet him, his wife and child.

4. What was your worst vacation ever?
In my opinion, since I don't take them often - no vacation is a bad one. Life is what you make of it.

5. What was your best vacation ever?
I had the best time on a Palisades Head/Goose Berry Falls/Duluth road trip last summer. We slept in the car, ate out of card board boxes and had a very good time.
