The Como Zoo Conservatory Bonsai Show

Mark and I took a trip to the Zoo to visit the Annual Japanese Bonsai Show. Mark is pretty into his bonsai's. Unfortunatley he is in mourning of his 7 year old Elm that has passed on to the big Bonsai Heaven in the sky. (May it rest in peace)

Look what I found!

Dry Stream
This is a picture of what I will be basing my forest of bonsai trees on. I want to have a little stream going through the forest. Will be hard but I will prevail... right?

Forest of Bonsai's
This is the idea of a bonsai forest. I want that stream in the other picture - in this picture......

Dry Water Fall Bonsai
The water fall is not started. It should be straight ahead. I sat their waiting for them to turn it on but they didn't listen.....meanies.....

Dry Creek Bed
Who do you think lined all these things up like that?

Pretty Flowers I Found

Daisy
Some pretty daisy thingy I found. I like the color. It's so.... BRIGHT!

Lady Slipper
This is the Minnesota State Flower 'The Lady Slipper'. My camera took a bad pic with all the fuzziness but you get the jest of it. It's beautiful.
